Refund Policy
Overview
This policy explains how refunds and returns work for Actirestia purchases from Throxxenphik. Consumer guarantees under New Zealand law may apply in addition to this policy.
Eligibility
You may request a return where the product is faulty, not as described, or where cooling-off rights apply to your sales channel and region. Hygiene or safety-sealed items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns when opened, as permitted by law.
How to request
Email help@throxxenphik.world with your order reference, a short description of the issue, and photos if helpful. We respond with instructions within a reasonable period on business days.
Timelines
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible. Banks may take additional days to post credits. Return shipping may be your responsibility unless we confirm otherwise for approved claims.
Data
We process personal data related to refunds as described in our Privacy Policy, including retention for accounting and dispute resolution where required.
Security
Do not send full payment card details by email. We will never ask for passwords or unrelated sensitive information to process a refund.
